What is our Cowgirl Camp?
A one week camp designed for the wild girl at heart to spread her wings! Daily activities follow a multi-faceted curriculum intertwining the creative arts with horse education and yoga.
Each day will have a creative art project designed to teach a variety of creative thinking skills. Workshops will teach artists how to construct art both wearable and decorative with minimal resources.
Horse instruction will build cowgirl confidence by learning basic horse communication skills. They will put their communication skills to use from the ground learning to pet, brush and lead their horse.
Each day we will start and end with group sharing & yoga. Yoga is a combination of music, stretching and sharing is structured to establish a comfortable environment for self-expression and acceptance.
What to Bring Daily?
Riding helmets (riding, bike, ski or skate), long pants, hardy shoes or boots, sun hat, rain jacket, sunscreen, water bottle, and lunch. Light snacks and water will be provided on site.
